Kajsa Ekis Ekman is a Swedish writer, author of the books “Being and Being Bought - Prostitution, Surrogacy and the Split Self” and “Stolen Spring - The Eurocrisis Seen from Athens.” She is a member of Center for Marxist Studies Sweden and lectures internationally on women’s rights, crisis theory and capitalism. She is a writer for the Swedish major daily DN and an op-ed writer at ETC. She gave a Ted Talk in Athens called “Everybody Talks About Capitalism, But What Is It?”
